The experience you have booking an artist on Headliner is very important to us. To ensure that you have the best possible experience, we believe you need to complete all steps of the booking process on Headliner.

If at any point during the process you decide to take the booking conversation away from Headliner, you will miss out on the following benefits and features:

Safe and Secure Payment - Payments you make are safe and secure. Payment will only be transferred to the act only if you were happy with the entertainment provided at your event. We will hold the money for you until then so you only have to worry about having fun at the day of your event. We give all bookers 24 hours post event to raise any disputes regarding bookings.

Receipt of Payment - Every payment made by our bookers comes with a full receipt, saving you time and giving you peace of mind.

History of Transaction - In addition to receipts, we keep a history of your transaction with the act including all messages, should a dispute regarding bookings arise or if you need to check the nature of the booking at any stage.

Reviews - Every booking you make results in a review. You can leave a rating and review for each act you book. Act will also leave a review for you. This enables the most active in our community to be recognised.

Last Minute Musicians - In the event of cancellation, Headliner provides a service to help you find a replacement act.

Cancellations / Refunds - Should an act cancel a booking with you at any stage, you will be entitled to a full refund. If this occurs 14 days before the event date, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement via our Last Minute Musician service.

24/7 Customer Service - Access to our dedicated customer service team, who are there to support you before, during and after the booking process on Headliner.

Paying outside of the Headliner platform is not secure and we can not provide you with the features detailed above if booking do not happen directly through the website. If someone asks you to pay outside of the system, please email [email protected] immediately.

Safe and Secure Payment - All payments from bookers are taken in advance of your performance date. We pay all of our acts 48 hours post event. The payment is safe and secure, straight into your bank account.

Receipt of Payment - Once you have secured a booking on Headliner. We provide you with a receipt of the booking. This saves you time, and enables you to get on with the things you love to do - playing live!

History of Transaction - In addition to the receipt, we store all of your message history, enabling you to refer back to the booking transaction, should a dispute arise or need to check the nature of the booking at any stage.

Reviews - Every booking made on Headliner results in a review from a booker. This helps you to gain greater status on the platform, showing higher in search results and increases your chances of future bookings.

Cancellations / Refunds - Should a booker cancel closer to the date of your event, you will be entitled to receive a partial or full payment from the booker. See our cancellation criteria here:

  • Less than 48 hours after confirmation, 8 more days before the event = Nil
  • Less than 48 hours after confirmation with 7 days of the event = Full fee
  • More than 90 before event = Nil
  • Between 31 - 90 days before event = 50%
  • 30 days prior to event = Full fee
