A classically trained singer with a vocation for folk and acoustic pop, Nicole Stella is an eclectic young songwriter and musician, with years of experience in live performances as soloist, accompanying her voice with a piano or an acoustic guitar.
From a small town in Northern Italy, where Nicole has studied classic and jazz music since a tender age and performed in different contexts, she moved to London in 2013 and established her presence as a talented emerging artist, joining various musicians’ communities there.
Be On The Scene Events Manager, Anais Le Feuvre, says: "Nicole Stella is part of the outstanding performers of our community, she drives the audience with beautiful melodies and unique harmonies, it's always a pleasure to have her".
As part of the duo Acoustic At Work, Nicole had the chance to perform in many different venues in Northern Italy (Pavia, Milano, Verbania), being recognized as an extremely talented singer. Her natural and involving stage presence has been developed also through some acting experiences in theatre.
Nicole is now working at her debut album, to be released online next summer.
New Day is a collection of original songs inspired by many different musical influences, from the acoustic folk of Joni Mitchell’s early years to the classical and jazz echoes of Tori Amos.
At the same time she is focusing on her live work and is currently booked for various venues and festivals in and around London in spring and summer.
Together with her musical career, Nicole is developing her presence on the web as blogger and poet.
In the imminent future, Nicole hopes to establish her presence as a singer and songwriter in Europe, mixing a busy live events schedule with some significant studio work.
