Emmanuel Nwamadi is the name of a British Nigerian Soul/Rock singer from Westminster Uni - the same school that produced Michael Kiwanuka and Jamie Woon. In the best part of 2015, Emmanuel won the eyes and ears of the public during his time on The TV show The Voice, broadcast on BBC One.
He reached the finals and was mentored by Ricky Wilson of The Kaiser Chiefs who said about him: “the grace and voice of an angel… he has a gift.”
Emmanuel took time out following his appearance on The Voice to complete his studies before releasing a follow up single to his debut "6IX", titled "Watching You" in November 2017. The single is described as a ‘piece of his heart’.
Emmanuel is now gearing up for the release of his next single in February titled "If I Could Take". Breathing and living music on a daily basis, Emmanuel aims to create timeless classics which evoke feelings through his music and lyrics – using the versatility of his voice to impress the nation just as he did in 2015.
Known for not being shy with his feelings and emotions, Emmanuel demonstrates this through story telling told in song form as he creates emotive music that is beautiful to listen to.
