Words Work Wonders brings a unique, memorable and personal twist to your evening through a spontaneous poem and performance bespoke to your celebration.
Written on the night by published poet Alex Gwyther through interaction and input from your guests, Gwyther performs the poem with wit and humour to the audience. The poem can later be printed and framed to as a keepsake to remember the evening. BEspoken is ideal for charity and corporate events, weddings and private parties.
For an alternative twist to the event, Words Work Wonders offers the client a bespoken poetry service throughout the event, where Alex will be stationed on a ‘poet’s table’ and throughout the event will mingle and interact with guests and write individual bespoken poems for the guests. These poems will be written neatly on paper and sealed in envelopes for the guests to take home. This works particularly well at corporate functions.
Past Clients have included The Southbank Centre and The National Theatre's hospitality space 'The Deck' where Alex has entertained at weddings, surprise birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events and awards ceremonies.
