After their electronic cover of Bon Iver’s track Perth hit the top of Hypemachine, Avec Sans started performing live in 2013. They quickly gained recognition for their energetic live shows. Aiming to make electronic laptop performances more engaging, Jack hacked his Novation launch pad to display a light show and uses three launchpads working in tandem, tilted towards the audience. Avec Sans have filmed performances using 16 launch pads at once and have helped Novation demo and launch new products online.
Their track When You Go appeared on season one of MTV Television Scream (TV series) and was subsequently released digitally. Their tracks have also been played nationally across the UK and America in retail outlets such as House of Fraser, Anthropologie and Banana Republic.
Avec Sans have released four singles: Hold On, Shiver and All of Time and Resonate; achieving radio play from: BBC Radio London, BBC Introducing, BBC 6 Music (Nemone Metaxas and Tom Robinson) XFM (evening play-listing), Gaydio, Frank Skinner on Absolute Radio and they reached the number one slot on Amazing Radio.

Avec Sans have been invited to perform at a number of international music industry events. In May 2015 they played at Canadian Music Week in Toronto. They have also been invited to Pop Montreal and are playing at CMJ in October 2015. Avec Sans played live for the first BBC Introducing London live event with Gary Crowley. They have also played the main stage at Bingley Music Live alongside acts such as The Pet Shop Boys, Example and Gorgon City and at events such as The Great Escape (Alt Escape), Redfest, Sounds from the Other City and Kendal Calling.
Avec Sans have remixed artists such as Swiss Lips (Epic), Haerts (Columbia) receiving praise for these from the likes of DJ Sasha and have played alongside acts such as Little Boots, Capital Cities, Bright Light, Bright Light and Kate Boy.
They have been taken into the hearts of many in the fashion industry; before they'd performed in public they were asked to design a shoe for London fashion brand [url hidden] music was used on the catwalks of Mercedez Benz New York Fashion week in 2014. They were also named band of the year by Dolce & Gabbana, have been Track of the Day on [url hidden] and have been featured in Teen Vogue, Elle Magazine and DJ'd for the Milan launch of luxury brand Sandro.
Avec Sans have been touring and DJing internationally and are currently finishing work on their first album.
