Amy was amazing , what a great country voice she has. Only wish we had booked her for longer

I first came across Amy Westney on Facebook as I was looking for a local country act for a local venue. As always I was a little unsure as I was booking on behalf of the venue an act I had not seen. I must admit from initial contact through to the performance date her organisation and quick replies to messages filled me with confidence. She arrived with her band and was ready and set with plenty of time to spare. It was then I noticed she also had an amazing following that had descended upon the venue and was itching for her to start playing. From the very first number the venue and it's guests were dancing, singing and I felt like an outsider as I was clearly the only person in the venue that had yet to learn the audience participation. Amy and her band moved effortlessly through a plethora of songs, each receiving, cheers and applause that was beyond deafening. As I watched from the bar I felt I had hit the jackpot by bringing this this very talented lady and her amazingly talented band.
The second set grew with intensity and the crowd grew with them. The venue were nearly at the point of drowning out the band when they hit "Jolene". with an ever expanding set and more audience involvement the room was fit to burst. In summary that night was just breath taking from start to finish.
Since that first night and experience, I've had the pleasure of her company many times at many events I've been asked to put on. Amy's complete dedication to bring her music to the masses is second to none. On one occasion at an event, her band were unable to join her. So she packed up her guitar and came and played solo. Her ability to involve every person and her amiability and love for what she does really does shine through. In short she really does do what it says on the tin. I'd have no hesitation in recommending her to for any venue, event or function. I am pleased to know her and be able to work along side her and wish her every success.

When Amy arrived at my event she was very professional, set up her equipment quickly and kept wires out of the way and looked smart and well dressed for the night! She played some fun covers and favourites we had asked for. Then she finished her set, as requested, with an original track of hers and I know I wasn’t the only one who loved it!

Amy has a beautiful sweet voice! She also has a cracking sense of humour which makes her more interesting to watch. I would definitely book her again if I had another event!
