3am: the five-piece band with soulful, raunchy vocals fronting blues-guitar-based rock songs. Band members have played/toured/recorded with everyone from The Strawbs, Maggie Bell, Barbara Dixon and Mike Batt to George Michael, Sam Fox and AC/DC. With Laura Long’s Elkie Brooks- style vocals fronting Tim Renton’s soul-snagging guitar expect a set that swings from delicate, gut-wrenching blues, to full-on liberating rock-til-you-drop festival anthems.
3am formed around 2005. Since then they've played hundreds of gigs - from tiny pubs to festival stages and theatres. They've done Guilfest (twice), Ealing Blues Festival, Newark Blues Festival and Chichester Blues on the Farm; Limelight, Colourhouse and Queens Theatres; Crawdaddy Club in Richmond, and central London venues 02 Academy2 Islington, Clapham Grand, the Comedy Pub, Charlotte Street Blues and The 100 Club. Support slots recently for Steven Seagal Blues Band, and guitar legend Reeves Gabrels (Ex-Bowie, currently The Cure) on their UK Tours.
